So will the announcement be July 28th or will they start dismissing the 28th? Because of the WARN act the total must not be over 500 employees if they can do it so quickly...

Why does the announcement process take like 2 months? Wouldn't it be more humane to process the info quickly so people can move and leave San Juan County in shambles?
Other countries do not require notification.
I was wondering the same. I'm assuming the announcement/letter will come soon after the LRP is announced
