Eliminating old employees was a decision based solely on money. Follett paid a significant with the worst financial performance ever last year. Lets face it, the actual work done is by experienced knowledgeable employees, not the leaders. The ex-leaders would still be in place if they had just left the knowledgeable employees in place.
Mr O' boo hoo hoo. The good news is you will be old some day, and like Follett learned - what goes around comes around. That is some bad karma you created.
Ok Mr Cry me a river. Wait until you put in more than ten years and get canned for no reason. I got replaced by one of the big 3 jerks from Kmart Sears Office Max, got outstanding reviews, worked with many executives at Follett and spent many long hours trying to do my job and support the stores. So I'm over 50 and trust me, not easy to find a job at that level. So shut up. You're an a$$ who seems to have no real human feelings. I was replaced with someone who had ZERO experience in my job role. You're worthless.
O' boo hoo hoo.
Tell me about it. Was in that group and got screwed. Thanks Follett.
This was the group targeted by Follett a couple of years ago. It was brutal.
