I am all for being part of the solution… But when you have a manager or a senior manager who does absolutely nothing all day and knows absolutely nothing about what you do all day it is a very very difficult. I have finally gotten to the point where I don't believe I can take my ideas any further unless I actually get some support and the higher up you go the less support you get unfortunately

Innovation website is a joke. It is the place good ideas go to die.
The innovation website is basically only workable if upper management knows what's really going on-which they do not.
I am all for being part of the solution… But when you have employees that no longer care and are not motivated to do a good job it is a very very difficult. I have several employees that are just "putting in their time".
You should submit your ideas to the innovation website. The goal of that site is to eliminate roadblocks preventing ideas from getting recognized and implemented. Great ideas come from the employees and they are waiting to implement them very quickly.
