Intel spends thst much just in food for Murthy lol.
I know for a fact that ARM's design team is much much smaller vs. an Intel design team. ARM does design hard macros which are implemented at TSMC. Ditto for QUALCOMM or any other semi company.
Intel is just REALLY inefficient.
You are an Idiot, I hope intel fire you. You do know that ARM has no silicon or hardware R&D to do right?
I have my own opinions about Murthy but the R&D for ARM should be a lot smaller than Intel!
