But when ConAgra gets finally trashed the penalties will not be paid by Sean. He will be laughing all the way to the bank.

The sales people from ConAgra who went with Treehouse think within 5 years Sean will have completely trashed ConAgra and will have moved on to his next victim.
Remember the talk where he said incentives did not play into the decision to move.....
