High grading means the same as it did when the COST team was formed from individuals that did not have a value adding position, these people were then moved into postions that were previously filled by experienced, value adding people, who were laid off. Similarily this go around, people from the center who have sat on their butts for decades doing F-all, will displace hard working, experienced employees. The company will then be made up of 60+ year olds who cannot stay awake in a meeting past 3:00 pm, and 20 year olds who know nothing, but are most likely related to one of the 60 year olds. This cut is still not deep enough and the company will continue to decend.

Hi grading?

From everyone I have talked to after the last reviews nearly all got 3s

This was probably all part of the "plan"

This is crazy when the whole nation is celebrating the lower unemployment rate every month while Houston keeps releasing let-go news. It is time to reconsider the career if you are still young at least mentally.

What does the other criteria - 33% and 50+ mean? Don't understand

By high Grading you mean all of the actual good employees will be laid off, similar to the other round, correct?

Is the mid-August to Late September time referring to high graded individuals being replaced?
