Top Heavy

As a former employee and a current stockholder, the cuts need to start at the top. The CEO has completely mismanaged the company and the ELT are puppets waiting on their cut. Our dividends have been slashed and COPC is way too top heavy. Get rid of Lance and save the company. Take out the top and save the workers who actually do something to make me money. Say goodbye to the former Fortune 50 standings. Thanks Ryan!

RL Makes $ 27 MM / year compared to AL H. who makes $ 11 MM/year.

AH can be assigned RL role, saving @ 150 hard working employees (and their families) from loosing their jobs.

Let's not pu--yfoot around, start with the termination of RL and the executive group with cause and no golden parachute. Pack them out and set them at the curb with sandbags! Then terminate every member of the COST team with cause and no severance. This would truly send a message. Then let people EOI! Then look at what is remaining and reduce the staff and cut deadwood!
