Aside from the absurd MyWork statements did anyone else find Aditya's fawning over Bessant bizarre? When he spoke about the big crowd , first thing I thought of is .. everyone is back in the office. His response was the big crowd was due to Bessant's popularity.
I thought, how strange , does he really have no clue how hated she is?
Do these people have no idea what is going on two levels down?
That is frightening to me, but would explain why they keep pushing broken processes... Obviously there is a disconnect perpetrated by fawning managers.
Those of us doing the work of several people, doing double the work to make up for offshore and poorly designed automation, struggling to keep the wheels turning under these burdens, keep waiting for upper echelon to fix things... But they never will because our own sacrifices , arms thrust into the cogs and crushed, hide their mistakes, our managers report only what they want to hear.
