Why would it be sad? Much of Rankin is deteriorating. No money has been spent upgrading the lab. The canteen is horrible.
I would love to work with real engineers. Time for a change.
Rumor has Engineering to SRC in Rosharon, Business Managers to Sugar Land - Master Plan see's everyone in either Sugar Land or Rosharon within 5 years, this includes manufacturing and Drilco. Rankin to be sold or rented. Building 1 is in the process of rental with 3 to follow.
Why do you ask?
