I disagree. Unfortunately BHI is still in cost cutting mode. Still have a lot of redundancy needs to be trimmed in order to be profitable.

The boat is sinking. Soon won't be any BHI. Facilities closed worldwide. Layoffs in every month. Low employee morale which affects productivity and efficiency. The time is not good for oil business.
