Of course they are living in reality- they need to bs and jeep the charade up,long enough to strip the test of the assets from the company before declaring bankruptcy- they know what they are doing.

They'd report to work and walk right out in the same hour, whether they are a sales associate, a cashier, an MCA, a backroom/MPU associate, or a member of management. They wouldn't be able to finish their shift.

They'd see the bulls--t they put those at the store level through and would finally WAKE UP and realize that they don't have a clue and that their "wonderful" ideas have all but failed, killing morale in process. They wouldn't know the first thing about interacting with a customer the Sears way (or doing most any task the Sears way).

I am at a kmart and don't know what HE is. corp? you're right drug test them because they are not dealing in reality. There is something seriously out of touch in their minds. Perhaps it's just corp greed in all it's ugliness. It looks like fuster cluck in the last stages.

The people at HE would go home and rethink their lives and what reality is. They must live in a fantasy world with all of their RAH, RAH stuff I see on Peeble, their posting and email about how SHC is the leader in so many catoagories, how the customer love the company and how we are #1 in retail. What a crock of bull dookie. And their ideas and new programs that they think will save the company, will change retail and make millions are not feasible or practical at the budget and staffing levels that they require. I just wonder if they are living in reality.

If they worked at the store level they would see that what they think and come up with at corporate is not real life and they live in a fantasy world, where people at the store level live in reality and broken dreams.

Oh yeah, let them do it all on minimum wage and in 4 hours a day with minimum staffing.

I would love to see any upper level management come into a Sears store and work as a HI associate for $6 dollars an hour while being a cashier, put stock away,do Lands End and .com returns, take change payments plus try and sell something on commission to make some kind of income without having to price match everything on Sears.com which cuts your commission . I doubt they would last a week. Plus don't forget to get credit, shop your way sign ups, emails, recaps and KYMs,Pas and do it all when you are the only one covering the entire department.

They would end up at one of the nicer stores that doesn't have all the problems.
