Its not just aerospace. Test and measurements had the same thing happen round 1 RIF was June...round 2 and 3 was in july of 2016...all they said to the first rep up of 15 was that some or more will be gone on a specific date..which was 4 weeks away. They tool a 45 million dollar company...and ran it down to 25 million because they think that they can make a square peg fit into a round hole....the top level folks have no clue how to run the company and those under them are all yes sir folks...
