Most likely Communications. They probably have a dedicated staff member whose main responsibility is to monitor this board and respond to the evil trolls. The rest of that person's time is likely spent posting bogus reviews on glassdoor and hiding out in conf rooms on 9 developing a comprehensive strategy for putting lipstick on a pig.

I hate trolls. I live in a high tower. I don't want people to tell the truth about their experiences. It makes me so angry because I despise having my well-paying job scrutinized when people below the tower think they should be treated fairly or with respect. As long as I'm fat and happy, then trolls need to shut up and go back under their nasty bridge. Let's build a giant moat and MAKE FOLLETT GREAT AGAIN! Trolls not allowed! In fact, I'm going to be sure we pass a law (umm, policy) to never let another troll work within our borders (umm, company) again! Tell your troll friends because it's so on!
