Yeah! That should save us! Wonder what year over year B&T is doing?
Institutional store in the Southeast, we're up 6%.
Not bad at all. Only down 10% to last year.
Last week sales were great,hopefully there won't be too many returns. Luckily there is a return deadline. Wish stores didn't have to take the hit for online returns. We have had several returns from online bkstr where they sent the wrong book to the customer.
So... everything is looking good then?
Started out strong, but now returns are quickly dwindling down our lead.
Sales are great until return of same books instructors ordered but now say they are not using. Bottom line not so good!! Finally received a small order of supplies(items we don't need). Maybe Follett wants us to sell air.
Terrible.
