You lose any RSUs not vested (or accelerated) at the time your employment ends. In my case, i have three grants since I joined a year and half ago, including one received just before being notified (and clearly after I was put on the 'list'). I lose all of the unvested shares except the small amount that vests Sept 11
if you mean vested RSUs lying in broker account but not yet exercised, I would imagine there is some time limit (months?) to exercise them or lose them?
what happens if you're made redundant and still have RSU's outstanding? Are these lost? Seems a bit unethical to give you a carrot to encourage you stay only to get rid of you when it suits you
Yep, Once RSU's vest I know of quite a few people looking to move on.
