Declining sales, no merit bonus, skeleton staff. Are they going to be able to find anyone good to take the job ? - maybe someone from sears or kmart.
Not sure about anybody else, but I have a lot more respect for TH versus KG. KG who doesn't appear to do anything, versus TH who at least seems like he's invested in people and works hard.

John was a good CFO. Probably realized that this was a dead end as he was only here maybe a year. No sales growth/bottom line growth, no raise and no bonus. Performance was dismal during his time at Follett.
He announced it to accounting and finance team. I reckon there will be announcement soon.
