You might want to check your facts.. The article is a beat up based on the IBM eCensus debacle. If you read the two document references you will see no relevant reference back to the article content or it's intent or for that matter any reference to IBM. I think you'll find that IBM provides no services to the Department in relation to their Offshore Detention Centres ( the subject of the damning ANAO report ) that is all developed, run and maintained in house by Departmental staff.
