Employees must get more Intel expense paid travel done before the next cuts. That's why the sudden rush to travel and created meetings offshore. A change is expected....
I think he means that lots of people travelled Asia - US.

What are you talking about? IT stays relatively flat year-over-year while continuing to take on more work from the business groups. Re-check your source.
