Surprised that not many departments got a buyout offer. Thought that since they put the fact that they had the ability to offer it once every year in the contract that the company would definitely take advantage of that. I thought the company wanted rid of the call centers and expected them to offer an EISP to those centers.

I don't think they are going to get as many people to take the EISP as they thought. I wouldn't be surprised to see another offer this quarter.
I sure was hoping for one, but think that it might come in the spring. At least for us on the maintenance side.
