He is spewing the same corporate BS about the "One Touch" program that Howard Reifs gave the press when the press started asking questions about the store closings.
Everyone is right the "One Touch" program is prepping the stores for liquidation and the emptying of the DC's is a warning sign that the Kmart stores will be completely closed.

I'm actually a high school senior working customer service two days a week at a store in Michigan. The 65 cents more an hour I get than cashiers makes me feel far superior than them... so much so that I bloviate corporate-speak on here to annoy everyone. Trolololololol
