They should not open the 365 stores. They can't even take care of the stores they have now.

I heard the last two 365 openings flopped! How come there has been limited news about these stores after opening? It should be front page innovation news!

The last comment sounded like me for the first part. This sounds like a Houston store and the comment was the same for that stl 18 years ago as it is now.

I was with WF for over 18 plus years. I remember it was the place to be in the late 90's. Customers loved us, tm's were happy and upbeat. I agree with all the feed back on these two sites. Its important to say that are some really hard working people who love what they do and have the product knowledge. I was a former TL and I had some of the best TM's ever. I worked with some of the best STL who inspired me to be the best i can be. As the company grew so did their egos. Now you have STL who were former ECO's or in regional leadership in store roles and have no clue. Mine came in late all the time with no one to answer to. Rarely walked the floor except when there was a walk or an email about conditions. Every year more work and less tm's to do it with. I try to wrap my mind how these clueless people are in these positions in the role they are in. Asking us "how can we create more sales or why isnt this happening" I cried the day i was let go, not so much my job, but the people I would miss. I still keep in touch and not much has changed. Just the work load has gottem worst for them. I landed on my feet with competitor. I am giving them all the amo they need to get the upper hand. Numbers, how the cut corners, what happens behind close doors. I can actually afford to shop in my store..what a concept. And if all goes as they say(but who knows) we may be trying to by them, then i can say F--- YOU Lady. Your 30 plus years dont mean a thing and hope you lose your job. I know i speak for the ones you let go and for the ones who still work for you. Your a sad example for a leader. You have no new ideas, treat people differently if they are not bending over for you and the sh-- you talk about tm's is sad.I hear it is still happening. I love what i was taught from those who know the business and who made the culture great, but now you have a bunch of lack of talented people in the STL role..remeber not all, but the bad out number them by a lot. Mentors are gone.knowledgeable tm's are few and now you have pt tm's who just get by. Its in all regions , but the SW has to be the worst. Never have i seen some clueless people run some of our stores. Walter and John, these are legit comments. I have seen it all. Sales may be good now,but wait til hoildays are over and summer slumps comes again. Then what,oh wait youll fire or cut positions again. There is a reason wf doesnt drug test. If they did more then half of the regional and store leaders will be gone. I smoke freely now and still drive big sales and have made an impact where i am..Thank you . You did me a favor and the grass is greener on the other side.

EXACTLY. Their "deus ex machina"....ha ha. SO TRUE. I've said it since day one. Why the hell would investors want to trust the same batch of half-baked morons to launch a run a NEW chain when they can't get their heads out of their as$$es to properly manage their existing chain. Welcome to the land of infinite hype...

Very true. However I think they were hoping some fool would buy the WFM stores and take them off their hands. That didn't happen. Now they're hoping the 365 stores will be their deus ex machina, which is highly unlikely given that the same idiot leadership that is running WFM into the ground is at 365. It's a sinking ship. Time to find another company to work for.
