They spent more than two years on it, an entire in house project team, and an entire offshore team...not cheap. Home Office IT managers and above bonus goals are tied to project target dates. That would include CIO on down. Bonuses at this level at home office for a director is enough to buy them a new sports car....which you would know if you worked in Westmont or Westchester. Did someone say SS had a home in Hinsdale (figures) that he spent more than a million on? His bonuses have probably already paid that off. Makes ya sick right? So why does e software s---.....bonuses are too sweet to allow QA concerns to miss target dates. Try to fight a roll out because of network, security, performance or quality....your will be gone ...sometimes the same day.

It is poised to help Follett turn the corner and return to the glory days of commissioned original songs at the annual meeting (annual!!!!).
We were scheduled to go live in July....never happened. Figure it must be pretty bad.
Terribly slow in my store. It is the same think as Coursetracks only in a browser. I hope they didn't spend much on this application. So many more store system needs.
It's a hot mess with horrible lag.
