How is this bad news? BHI is long overdue for a leadership change. I can only assume it hasn't happened yet because Martin is Chairman of the Board. This is the worst-run company I've ever seen; and I've seen some bad ones...

Any idea how much the Barnsdall, OK polymers plant is worth to a potential buyer? Is the regulatory cleanup not worth the cost? Aren't competitors already producing similar products with overcapacity?

Hopefully Value Act will bust Baker Hughes into several pieces, then maybe we can get rid of the Cheese D$$K plant director that we have here in NE Oklahoma. He is a piece of work, he claims to be security for Wal-Mart patrolling the parking lot looking for bad guys. He is afraid of his own shadow but he tells everyone how bad he is, he uses threats every day concerning your job. He must have been bullied why he was younger or his is a mommies boy. Just a plain DUNG HEAP!
When value act capital walk into the BoD the chant needs to be "who are ye, who are ye"?
