After what I have been told tonight it's all messed up. No thought process and just numbers driven by higher managers and the leaders of Gateshead are just following. I am finished in phase 1 but the department who should have been pulled to pieces survives with minimum casualties for some reason when they are the first contact for customers who are constantly annoyed? Mark Gill has more lives than a cat but every new manager can't see him for the useless tool he is? Sorry time good people go but the manager clear out did not happen as it turned out time supervisor for 7 spots. Hope someone at Vp level turns up and clears out the clowns for the sake if good people with no voice. Either way I am done and the next 45 days if office time for me will be looking for a job during work time!

Only owner, very up top manager never lose profit. Other than that we all worked. Engineer to cleaner, they don't care. Yes they will survive but not us, work our a-- off for school, graduate, bs interview, job offer, all those year and one word from hr. Everything start all over
