I can't speak for any other stores but I work in one of the atlanta stores and it's getting worse by the day. Leadership offers no support, TLs are either all over the place or have no clue what to do because everyday they are being told to make changes at a short notice and tms are tired, frustrated and overworked. I've been with the company for over 10 years and I have never seen it this bad. When coordinators start to quit you know things are not going well. I know there are people in leadership and/or regional reading these post. If you care anything about your store/tms you would at least try to boost the moral.

Poor South region.....I have seen so many of our worst of the worst flee to your neck of the woods when they could not make the cut in the SW. You got some doozies.....
He's an incompetent, arrogant jerk. He's a figurehead to show how "global" we are. He needs to carry his lazy butt and take his frequent flyer miles right back to the third world. The notion that he miraculously "worked his way up" from dishwasher to Regional President is laughable. There was a reason he was promoted and if you look at his family connections and how it relates to products we source and his "face value" as an example of global public relations, IMO you'll have your answer to this mystery.
They don't care. They want to get rid of most of the Team Leaders in the cleanest, least expensive way they can. They can then replace them with cheaper, younger TLs who don't know any better. This company won't even be recognizable within 3 years, but guess what? None of us will be here to tell the difference.

Unless you can prove that it will make them money and save the company; they aren't giving two sh--s.

As far as Omar is concerned, he's the worst of them all. I hear people talk about him like he's the big bad wolf. The South region is ran so much different than other regions. They should have never put him in charge. I miss Scott and the others.
There is no way that Omar is letting this happen...he's got the what you can dooooo attitude to turn it around.
