They may as well have robots working as they abandon customer service. They don't even tell you their name when answering the phone anymore. Its like they just rann to the desk and answered the phone.

As a gs tl it sounds like their leadership needs an overhaul. My supervisors as well as me and my atl jump ok large registers all the time to make up for lack of cashiers because of labor shortages.
Everybody blaming everybody else in the store......while the big wigs are unbothered ! Run and get out of this hell hole while you can !!!!!
Customer Service desk in my store has been replaced with a service bot that only accepts returns.

Oh not my store. Labor is so shot, everyone is on the register checking out customers, the desk tm and both supervisors that are supposed to be on the floor. And when call store leadership to help, no one comes.
