This week's (and it's early folks!) IBM Screwup

Again, here's what happens when you fire your experienced, dedicated, knowledgeable staff in order to save money and replace them with off shore and on shore inexperienced workers with bogus degrees. This is the price you pay. IBM customers, caveat emptor!
