If you do not receive the paperwork in a timely manor do call to inquire as to the status. For unknown reasons the first set of documents was never mailed. Oddly enough I received the second set of documents the next day after calling and received the first set of documents two weeks later. You are responsible for returning the documents in a timely manor to receive the enhanced severance, whether you receive the paperwork or not.

You'll get the release documents a few days after your employment end date. Once you sign, date, and return it, the seven day waiting period starts. The funds get direct deposited into your account roughly 10 days or so after you sign. Pretty simple process assuming you are not trying to contest anything.
