Once you call and request the pension paperwork, how long does it take for Chevron to send it. Also , is it sent by regular mail or FedEx/ UPS .

My online request was made 3 weeks ago. Two days later it was mailed out via US Mail First Class. Arrived 3 days later at my house. A total of 5 days from request to my mail box. Two days later a Chevron HR representative called me to verify I received the packet and asked if I had any questions.
They sent mine by regular US Mail twice. I requested the first "packet" online and it arrived at my home in about 7 to 9 days later. I sat on it for over 3 months after deciding to wait. I requested a second packet several months later and it took about 7 or 8 days to arrive by US Mail. I completed the pension commencement forms, signed off and mailed it back to Chevron at their HRSC address in Dallas, TX via FedEx. Everything went smoothly.
They will send it regular mail.
