Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

Murder

Is my store the only one that let's customers get away with murder? I work in one of the Atlanta stores and my leadership has no backbone when it comes to supporting tms even when they know the customer is wrong. Our STL yells at tms, talks down to them and whatever esle he feels like he can get away with. When times get rough you see a person's true color. Does any other tms feel this way about their leadership?

First law of business-The customer is always right. Especially when they pay a 200% markup for stuff. The is why Wfm is failing. You resent the very people you exploit and customers are catching on.
