If the front line Reps had IQ of a wet rag, and could handle issues, there'd be no need for ERT.
The SPC is even worse. Less training, less responsibility, less IQ.
And don't get me started on the CS supe's and AD's. Even more useless, but since they're members of the sisterhood, they get promoted and protected.
