Rumor in Sunnyvale and Wichita offices is that layoffs will occur in early Nov. Don't know of any target numbers but will keep my ears open.

I nominate anyone in the most useless of management levels, VP/Director level. You know them, the ladder-climbers who treat people below them like slave scum just to whip up numbers that look good to the SVP/EVPs. The losers who jumped from job to job, inflating their resumes and talking a good BS game in hopes of leaping ahead of their Peter Principle limits. Then once they get lucky they fester and start driving good people away but never get blamed for it. Happens to good companies on their way to mediocrity...

All chiefs and lots of ……

Whatever… all chiefs and lots of indians…. But no workers….

Can't really nominate the C's as the CEO, President/COO, CIO, CTO, CFO and CMO have been replaced between Apr 2015 – Apr 2016 and that's no rumor. You can search that all day long.

Whoever is deriving pleasure by spreading baseless rumors or indulging in unnecessary talk to falsely scare others, remember that Karma is a b***h. What you send around WILL come around back at you some day, in one form or the other.

Start with the following titles: VP, Director, TD and work down. Look on LinkedIn and find any manager or senior manager who inflates their title with the keywords "Entrepreneur or Team Builder". That should be a good start.

Check with IT and get the names of those that spend more than 4 hours per day sitting in useless meetings.

Check with Travel Agency and get the names of those that traveled for no reasons.

Check the gym.

Check the cubicles.
