Dont boycott the ClownHall, show interest in the direction that aero is headed.
You can piss and moan about how they treat the employees, but you should take an active role in understanding the message that is being sent to you via the leadershit in this company. Push back on your local management if you hear something that smells like a room after Davey and Dairyass finish one of their afternoon rendezvous.
This is your career, and your future. You owe it to yourself to listen/participate to the town hall even if you dont believe a word spewing out of their mouths...

Here's how to ask a question anonymously. Write it on a piece of blank paper, find a Honeywell copier with the e-mail feature, type in the address of aerocommunications@honeywell.com and send your question.

Anyone know if the online option to send in questions for the town hall is tracked? I've seen in the past many surveys include your EID in the link.. not sure about this one.

How much did the last furlough save Aerospace in real $ (my estimate is no more that $10M), did that make a difference to the financial results that make the total destruction of moral across the workforce worthwhile?
We've all seen the reasons that work from home has been basically banned, many of those work from employees won't get any 'collaboration' benefits by now going to an office. Was this a knee-jerk reaction because Mr. Cote got upset during a visit or did the leadership team take more than 30 seconds to make the decision?
Aerospace is failing miserably compared to AOP. Which one of the ALT is on a PIP for not doing their job properly? Because I can tell you, if any band 3 or 4 team misses their numbers like the ALT has then people have to leave the company. There seems to be a gap between what HR/Leadership demands for lower levels and what the ALT does.
How do you know there is a furlough scheduled for Jan? 'Listen man' sounds like you are just making stuff up to scare people.

To the other poster, the 1st furlough of 2017 is scheduled for January. The other 3 will coincide with each quarter after that.

I will not attend any more of Tim phoney baloney mahoney town halls. Not in person or online. What's the point of having it? So we can all listen to him pontificate about non existent growth and hear more bullsh*t about the tough economy is forcing all these reductions? It's all lies. If i wanted to sit and listen to lies for an hour, I'd go to church. Besides, no tough questions will be allowed through and even if one is asked, he'll just lie anyway.
Spoiler alert: 4 weeks of furlough in 2017 + numerous RIFs. One more week of furlough this year in q4. You can thank me for saving an hour of your life which won't be wasted listening to lies and propaganda.
