metrics, training, writing emails for all subordinates, talking on the phone, damaging customer devices and Liying, basically running the whole show and my boss just checking facebook all day long or spending working days with his x3 wife, probably 1st and 2nd wife noticed how lazy he is and dump him. I am tired of doing all for him, cannot go to HR as he is protected by the QCT Ops director. Any suggestions are welcome.

yeah, you will get fired bf they get fired. just shut up and go back to work.
Director keep covering up my manager, I am not sure if because he is African American or something else. To me both director and manager both must to be fired!!!
Tell your senior management to fire him and put you in charge.
Thanks to all for your comments, the problem here is that I lie about my degree and my boss backs me up, if I leave I won't have my QA engineer title anymore....also my manager does not even know how to use excel or PP, I create all presentations for him.
Quit and start your own company.
prepare your resume......there are many stories like this and it happens in every group...... the moment they get "manager" title...they become excel sheet and ppt generators....
