For the past two-three years it appears that customer satisfaction is less than stellar in some divisions, and enough customers have left the company to cause a ripple of layoffs in Q1-Q2 of this year (2016).
For instance, if you are in a division that has a smaller than usual sales pipeline and the perks are starting to get taken away.
I’d recommend you start looking at other companies; because, it is just a matter of time before they start letting people go to keep the stock holders pleased with the financial numbers.
