Class Action Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

Please confirm if the class action lawsuit brought against Honeywell International for a variety of wrongful employee terminations is fact. It does not sound good for the company's future !

Please note that the Aerospace Puerto Rico sites were not listed in package provided to those affected in the recent September 16 involuntary/voluntary Aerospace job action. [Appears that no layoffs occurred at those sites even though in the Jul 13th notification Puerto Rico was specifically listed as being in scope.]

The recent Aerospace announcement of a layoff 30 days after the last one completed does not appear

to affect Puerto Rico. I am directly aware of people who are based in Puerto Rico who did not receive the Aerospace CEO letter indicating the new RIF was coming.

Am curious as to why the sites appear to be excluded.

Observation: Those that visit the sites report the work force is much younger that those sites based in the continental US. Puerto Rico provides labor to numerous Aerospace domestic sites. The Puerto Rico sites are fairly new which may explain the younger work force. There must be a valid business reason for the exclusion.
