Get those smooching butt kissing lips ready. Several large contracts have not yet been funded. Mostly in Waco and salt lake. Contracts have been signed but will take up to a year to begin than another 3 to 6 months to get the parts in. Look for belt tighting but no huge layoffs. If you are a good a-- kisser continue, if not learn quickly. This company never looks at layoffs logically.

That's the L3 way... pay the minions peanuts and create VP positions for every general or admiral that retires....
Hey, not to worry. L-3 has created a new Vice President position for the Aerospace sector (see the blurb on the L-3 web site under "Media Center") and hired a retired Air Force three-star to fill it. With all due respect to his many years of service, is this really going to make any difference?

That's ok. As long as none of the Bell boys down here get the axe. Keep running off the old inspectors that know how to get an aircraft out the gate. Quality in Waco when to zero when Nick the D**K took over and hired in all the losers from KY. The trend continues to go down hill with the current rotor wash staff. Soon as we get that self inspection in place. We will lose it completely.

And that ain't going to help much either. We are set to fail. VVIP is on the verge of not delivering and we had a lot of chips stacked on BL3 completing by the 30th and that ain't gong to happen.
