Has any one worked with Sanjay Jha either in SD or Motorola? He seems tough but very focused and fast to figure direction and change

Sold out Motorola, sold out GF, will sell out Intel to the lowest bidder.
Perfect CEO for the Intel-tanic.
Sanjay is a great CEO. I overlapped with him at GF for 4 years. He is no nonsense and no BS guy. He is sharp, a technical geek with excellent business sense and savvy. I attended several meetings with him, he is well prepared, he cuts the chase, goes straight to the relevant slide and asks deep probing questions to get the bottom.
Sanjay tried his best and set clear path at GF, investing in FDSOI and had the vision to offer 12nm FDSOI for the first time in the foundry industry. This move even rattled behemoth TSMC and TSMC quickly announced 12nm FinFET solution to counter the GF move. However GF is structurally setup to failure (unattractive manufacturing locations, lack of cohesive culture) and acquiring IBM Microelectronics (forced by GF Board), a falling knife, added salt to wounds.
Bottomeline: Sanjay is focused, sets the strategy, direction and drives the teams to hit the timelines..
Sanjay is a bogus bat of b---s---. Not good for Intel. None if Ashraf's "selections" are earthshattering enough to reverse direction of the sad state of affairs at Intel. These guys are all status quo.
A slave driver. Many think he's brilliant though.
I overlapped with him at Q by 4 years. He knew his stuff, detailed and brutal. No BS. You could love him or hate him, but there was never any doubt about the direction. One thing I liked was that it was no politics. Everyone lived by one rule: get it done on time. Most of us who worked with him still think he is what is needed here again.
Was at Moto when he was CEO. I say he is a good CEO., Managed to break the absolute losing Moto into two - cell and home, adopted Android for the cell phones, and sold both off to Google (which then got sold off individually to Arris and Lenovo). Showed some really good direction to a flailing company,
He maybe intel's next CEO. He has SOC, modem,Foundry and CEO experience
Sanjay is a great leader.
He led Qualcomm to explosive growth.
At Moto, he did what he could - sell it to a s---er at a great price.
GloFo is still a work in progress - seems like a failure.
At Motorola not great for employees, but took a company that was very broken, split it in two....cash cow low growth and cell biz. Did well for stockholders. It was in trouble way before he landed there
Great leaders are rare. Most use the stick on the yes man style.
