Its nice to know my advisor asked me if ive looked up our school online and if i was one bit concerned...IS IT TRUE all art institutes are done in June!? they are telling us JUNE 2018!??? but everyone is saying JUNE 2017....

I don't believe the poster is legit, but I still expect closures announced the day after the election. Don't forget... both Kaplan and Phoenix announced closures and teach-outs less than 12 hours after Obama was re-elected. The remaining for-profits have a plan A (Trump) and plan B (Clinton) already worked out, I'm sure.
I was wondering why EDMC hadn't posted stock prices all week. Something fishy is going on. Finally we get to throw our hats in the air!

An announcement of immediate closure in November wouldn't make sense. However, Pittsburgh can announce teach-outs anytime they like and given the current state of AI, it doesn't make much difference. Worthless stock, no students, why not. At our school, it looks like they've already closed up shop. It's practically deserted.
Besides, given the big meeting was in August, I was expecting some kind of announcement. An announcement of teach-outs in time for the holidays sounds just about right.

This sounds about as credible as the person who said they had a very credible source that EDMC would close in June or was it July or was it August. Moonlighting trying to stir the pot again.

Why not October, before the quarter starts?
Or December, when the quarter is over?
November does not make sense.
