The CEO has described unions as herpes. He did not feel like a union was necessary because team members were treated well. I think the 4000k health insurance deductible, cuts in gainsharing due to shrinking labor budgets, and increased workload has made it apparent that things need to change. This board will be lit up in a few weeks when announced layoffs before fiscal year happen. I think there is enough people on this board to start the process of forming a union.
