Honeywell has been a lot like Motorola with it's business management info structure personal pushing for profits ahead of research development improvements to strengthen it's organization. When AlliedSignal bought Honeywell, put Honeywell management in charge, the company immediately lost 50% value. Stocks eventually increased but management never improved... Sad times
