Seems much like Gestapo. Weeding out those that don't kiss up to inhumane dictator and also protecting motherhood from lawsuits. HR organization is the greatest hypocrite in Intel since they say they stand for employee rights. Lol.

The only times I had any contact with HR at Intel was 1) when I was being recruited, 2) when I was recruiting / hiring other people and 3) when I was being walked out for ISP, less than less than 2 years after being hired.
The person who walked me out was actually a contractor and not even a real HR person.
To say that HR at Intel is useless would be an understatement.
