Honeywell has completed its $1.5 billion acquisition of Intelligrated, a privately held leader in supply chain and warehouse automation solutions, which was previously announced in July.

It's pretty obvious to me that Honeywell is trying to get out of the aerospace hardware business. They only want to do the flight systems and controls software. This takes way fewer employees and capital equipment. Hopefully we get taken over by a more reputable company that still values the employees.

Sounds like Honeywell has spare cash lying around to destroy more companies. Here's a suggestion -give some to aerospace so we can come up with new products and be ready for when the market picks up. It's what all your competitors do. Aircraft manufacturers want new technology not 20year old products with band-aids applied

Wahoo. Honeywell keeps acquiring all these companies, bringing them into the fold, and destroying them. This one won't be any different.
