I seriously see 5 managers per every 1 employee at HTC. How is this sustainable?

Lol. Managers = biggest asset. No one believes that, keep telling yourself that - perhaps you'll be able to recover from your daddy issues.
Management is the biggest a-- et of this organization. They are always right about the excel sheets because wrong numbers are still numbers
what is it the managers "know" that they ain't a let go, for fear they may start talking or unwittingly say something that would raise an issue.
You won't see any cuts in management. They just keep adding dead weight to the top tiers, they couldn't pour urine out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel! Just look at the CUNT that is second in command.
What do you think the 5% pay reduction on the worker bees is for?
