Funny how the leader of the cost project, which sought to get rid of ex-pats, is becoming an ex-pat now. Makes no sense at all.

I'm wondering if he's coming to Canada to cut costs further to make it more attractive for potential buyers? Of course he'd have to go through 2 or 3 cuts to get it right, just like the COST project.

Pretty hypocritical isn't it? We need to add that one into the SPHIRIT values. We have some true professionals in that space.
Apparently it depends on which side of the fence you are on, doesn't it - are you receiving the expat benefits or paying them out of your budget?
