$25m to buy a new Corp HQ building, another $100M+ to refurb it... if you have been to MorrisPlains, you would be mad as hell at the waste.

But we all have to suffer the bad decisions of Côte and the ATL.

THOSE guys HAVE TO GO,.

Who are they kidding, they will be bringing in HB1 workers as soon as they realize they can't get the work done....at least until they move it offshore. Our Government does not screen the need for HB1 workers well enough. All HW has to do is say they can't find the skill needed (Because they RIF'd them). Our Government is bought off by corporate America they look the other way. We no longer have a government for the people. Just remember your Honeywell PAC money is going towards those endeavors.

Wow, so to preserve jobs and retain people at Honeywell, they let people go? That's totally logical! ...I'm gonna start looking for new jobs now.

Really? "Our aim is to continue preserving jobs..." while implementing RIFs and voluntary separations.

Really? "We have found this approach (unpaid furloughs) helpful to control costs and retain our people .... " I just spewed coffee on my keyboard. I'll be back when I stop laughing.

Furloughs, pay cuts, layoffs, asking your employees if they want to quit, pressuring salaried professionals to work 50+ hours per week, reduced or eliminated incentive programs and increased health costs.

Sounds like a brilliant plant to attract and retain a highly skilled and dedicated workforce.
