Not all people are cut out for college. There are millions that can't afford it. Those that don't want a loan. Or be strapped with a high dollar debt before they begin work.
The country needs and always have, workers. We can't do anything without these workers.
We have always had knowledgable field supervisors and GM's that came from all areas of the field.
We hav always had managers back in the office the understood and knew how the field operated and the relied and worked closely with the field supervisors and GM's.
About 20 years ago, the management began to change.
Today, these young college kids, with a title "manager", fresh out of college strapped with a college debt to pay back their tuition, although educated, but very stupid and ignorant, arrogant.
Halliburton, right now has more of these types of managers and office people than they do workers.
We keep laying off the expierenced workers and managers.
We will fail and fall hard, layoffs are not done yet, this is not over by a long shot.
We have way too much money going out and nothing coming in.
This is not sustainable.
Before you young punk college brat responds back to this thread, you should let this sink in.
Because if you think that you won't be laid off, you better guess again youngster.
