Walking away from cigarette was a great moral move but its the only reason I can possibly see why they imagine I can run a pharmacy by myself half the time. There is absolutely no way I can ring register, type, fill and check prescriptions, and handle all the questions while making superior customer service to anyone..... none the less do it safely for my patients. Craziness

They will not be able to continue to operate this way, they will eventually begin closing stores.
Too many corporate employees, not enough hours in the stores to keep them stocked and provide the proper customer service and overpriced front store
products. Recipe for failure. sad to see what upper management has done to this company.
Amen brother. I feel 100% exactly the same - they are nuts if they think that CVS can continue to operate this way
