What a prick , but to be honest nothing surprises me when it comes to BH and their Management team . I just got made redundant from them after over 20 years service , yet they still keep on staff in the same group with less experience to myself . I can see the Baker Wireline folding very very soon ....and yes I blame their incompetent sales team and the way they have continued to micro manage ....useless is a word that comes to mind .

Go get 'em Richard. Never had any use for the union hands in Norway anyhow. "Oh I work too hard, gotta have extra time off". "Yes I know I just off the chopper but when is my relief going to be here? " Half a million oil field hands outta work around the world and these pussies wanna strike? Should fire their asses on the spot and shut Norway down, or give the jobs to people who appreciate them.
A very short sighted tactic.. the Norwegians do not take kindly to threats and a mass layoff would incur the wrath of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. Obtaining an operating in the future would be challenging to say the least. Just shows what kind of leadership you are working for!
