Agree.... Talk is that the value is greater for the revolver than the net zero value the sell would bring. It is only a shallow rights offer and value would only go to pay off VPP. Expect to see this deal fall apart if it hasn't already. Haynesville and Miss seem to have a lot more traction and definitely more value for CHK in divestiture dollars.
At this point it'll probably stay. It wouldn't bring in much money in a sale yet has a positive present value if kept.
